U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is launching the V.O.L.T. Program, which stands for Valuable Opportunities & Leadership Training This paid, full-time, three-year career program is designed for recent high school graduates who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth in the electrical distribution industry. After successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role with USESI.

As a V.O.L.T. Trainee, you will earn while you learn by gaining real-world experience in warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, customer service, product knowledge, business systems, and branch operations. You will work with real customers, products, and processes while receiving guidance, training, and support throughout the program.

What You’ll Learn

• Customer service and counter sales
• Product knowledge in the electrical distribution industry
• Order entry, quotes, transfers, and customer support
• Inside sales support and project follow-up
• Business systems, modern tools, and professional workplace skills
• Safety, teamwork, communication, and career readiness
• Warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, stocking, and order preparation

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• No prior electrical distribution experience required
• Must be able to work full-time and onsite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Willingness to work in a warehouse and branch environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service mindset
• Positive attitude and commitment to learning
