Valley View Facility Use Supervisor

Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Facility Use Supervisor To coordinate school-sponsored and community usage of Valley View, including its instructional programs, EP Institute, membership space, and rental spaces, as a peer to the K-12 Facility Use Supervisor.

Position Qualifications

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of three years' experience in facilities management,
  hospitality, or event coordination.
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
  concurrent building uses in a mixed-use facility
• Strong customer service orientation, comparable to a hospitality or
  conference-center setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace;
  working knowledge of web-based scheduling systems (e.g., Arux)
• Demonstrated fiscal management skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment during
  evening/weekend events
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train part-time/casual staff
• Commitment to equity and demonstrated ability to work with and
  in service to people of varying backgrounds
• Ability to occasionally perform the following actions: lifting and
  carrying up to 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, standing, bending,
  crouching, walking, sweeping
