AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Validation Engineer.
The position will be a member of the global validation core team (GVCT) responsible to create and maintain global standard for reliability engineering and reliability assurance within AGCO. The role includes long-term planning of the verification & validation methods and standard templates for reliability engineering, and overseeing the implementation on sites and on the NPI projects.
Your Impact
Your Experience and Qualifications
Strong expertise in DfR methodologies, including:
Life data analysis & reliability growth analysis (Crow-AMSAA, Weibull)
DFMEA
Accelerated Life Testing (ALT)
System reliability modelling (Reliability Block Diagrams)
Reliability goal setting & allocation
Hands-on experience with reliability tools:
ReliaSoft (Weibull++, RGA, BlockSim)
Basic level of proficiency in excel, python, tableau etc.
