We are looking for a Validation & Automation Engineer to join our V&V team and take a key role in validating multidisciplinary products that combine software, hardware, communications, and embedded systems.

This position blends the development of automated tests with the planning and execution of manual system tests, leveraging AI tools. It offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative products featuring cutting-edge hardware and software technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, expand, and maintain automation infrastructures and testing tools in Python.
• Plan and author comprehensive test plans and test scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated system-level tests for multidisciplinary (HW/SW) products, utilizing AI tools.
• Analyze test results, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely on a daily basis with Software, Embedded, Hardware, and System Engineering teams.
• Document test results, report bugs, and track them through to resolution and closure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in developing automated tests.
• Proven experience programming in Python.
• Experience in planning, writing, and executing system-level tests.
• Familiarity with QA, Verification, and Validation methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a deep system-level understanding.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Significant Advantages:

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance development, automation, analysis, and validation processes.
• Background in testing embedded systems or IoT products.
• Experience with products combining hardware, software, firmware, and communications.
• Familiarity with RF, Cellular, LoRa, or other communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience working with lab equipment and measurement tools.
• Experience with Pytest or similar testing frameworks.
