We are looking for a Validation Associate Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team

The opportunity

You will join our Quality Assurance team and support qualification and validation activities across our operations. In this role, you will work closely with different departments to help ensure that our systems, equipment, and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated environment while developing your expertise in Quality Assurance and Validation.

We would like you to:

• Support qualification and validation activities across the organization.

• Help ensure that our systems, equipment, and processes remain compliant and fit for purpose

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality and validation activities.

• Work closely with colleagues across different departments on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Take part in solving quality-related challenges and supporting audits and inspections.
  
  

What we need you to have:

• Bachelor in Pharmacy, Health, Life Science or similar, or 5+ years of experience within Quality Assurance.

• 0-4 years of relevant experience (e.g. Quality Assurance, Validation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or another regulated environment).

• Good knowledge of EU-GxP requirements.

• Confident English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with qualification and validation activities in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.

• Experience participating in cross-functional improvement or implementation projects.

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and change control processes.
