Your Key Responsibilities

• 1) Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
  • To support R&D Testing development and expansion.
  • Fulfil the expectations of internal as well as external customer by performing product validation component and sys-tem level and Timely completion of validations.
  • Support in new product development and research
  • Customer satisfaction with best possible quality of the testing & its reports
  • Operate, maintain test rigs and testing facilities
  • Increase utilization of test rigs with proactive initiatives
  2) Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)
  Job Experience: 8+ years
  • Bachelor of Mechanical / Automobile / Instrumentation (must) > 60% marks
  • Experience in automotive component as well as system level testing.
  • Understanding of different testing methods, test reports, relevant global standards, engineering drawings, instru-ments used for testing,
  • Hands on experience with handing different sensors, sensor selections & calibrations
  • Working in team, Analytical Ability, good problem-solving capability Communication (in English) & Networking (Global & Local teams / internal customers)
  • SAP & MS Office
  • IATF16949 / ISO Quality systems / PLM tools
  • Familiar with test setup, monitoring, port test analysis and Lab management, test rig operations, maintenance and test reports
  • Project Management, Team Building, Analytical Ability

  • English

  Knowledge of SAP / PC
  Should have good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP desirable.
  Technical knowledge
  • R&D Testing of Automotive products & systems.
  • Experience in component level & System testing.
  • Data acquisition system. Test equipment handling
  • Test Results analysis and conclusive report interpretations.
  • Reliability testing methods.
  • NVH Measurements.
  • Strain Gauging.
  • Instrumentation + Mechanical working ability.

  • IATF16949 / ISO Quality systems (especially DVP – Design Validation Plan, DFMEA, Audits etc.)
