Your key responsibilities:

1. Set up tests and configure test parameters according to reliability test specifications;

2. Track test progress, check test status, and ensure tests are completed on time;

3. Organize the production of test fixtures, including communication with external suppliers, coordinating project ME/external suppliers for fixture design review, and tracking fixture manufacturing progress;

4. Promptly report any test anomalies, and cooperate with the project team for troubleshooting, providing test data as needed;

5. Travel to external test laboratories to monitor test implementation.

Your key qulifications:

1 Bachelor's degree or above;

2 Background in reliability testing, preferably with 2 years or more experience in reliability testing of new energy components;

3 Experience in operating reliability testing equipment;

4 Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, diligent work ethic, and good problem-solving skills;

5 Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage various tasks in a demanding work environment;

6 Experience in planning and managing reliability experiments.

7 Experience in interfacing with customers to understand testing requirements and evaluating necessary resources and time for testing.
