Now Hiring Valet Attendants – Front Services
As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a lasting first impression for our guests. You will provide warm, professional, and efficient service while ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles and belongings.
Hourly Wage: $17.60 plus gratuities
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly, using their name whenever possible.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and genuine appreciation.
• Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
• Clearly communicate parking procedures and provide directions as required.
• Arrange transportation (e.g., taxis) for guests upon request.
• Maintain awareness of hotel premises and report any safety or security concerns.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods or for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
