About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Valet – Attendant – Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet every guest warmly and by name where possible, creating a memorable welcome and a gracious farewell.
• Anticipate what guests need—opening doors, assisting with luggage, offering umbrellas or chilled water—before they have to ask.
• Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles, including luxury and high-performance models, with expert handling, care, and discretion, following vehicle-specific operating requirements.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to retrieve vehicles accurately and promptly within resort service standards, handling multiple requests efficiently and keeping guests informed during peak demand.
• Inspect each vehicle on arrival and record its condition accurately, protecting both our guests and the resort.
• Keep keys, tickets, and parking records secure and precise using our valet management system.
• Support smooth traffic flow during high-volume arrivals, departures, events, and VIP movements, coordinating closely with Bell & Door, Security, and Dispatch without compromising safety or personalized service.
• Speak with guests from around the world clearly and confidently, adapting your style—and, ideally, your language—to each guest.
• Share your knowledge of the resort and local area and pass on guest preferences so every return visit feels personal.
• Take ownership of guest requests and concerns, resolving them with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Represent the resort with impeccable grooming and uniform standards and keep the valet podium and arrival area spotless.
• Put safety first—following traffic laws and health and safety procedures and staying calm and helpful in any emergency.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
• Several years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated valet role. Experience within ultra-luxury resorts, particularly Forbes Travel Guide-rated properties, is strongly preferred.
• A valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in driving manual and automatic vehicles, including luxury and high-performance models, with sound knowledge of vehicle controls and safe handling practices.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in high-volume valet operations, managing multiple vehicle retrieval requests, peak arrival and departure periods, and event traffic while maintaining accuracy, composure, and attentive guest service.
• A refined, guest-focused service approach, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide gracious, personalized service consistent with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent presentation with a poised and polished professional presence, taking pride in personal appearance and representing the brand to a high standard.
• Clear, confident, and well-articulated spoken English.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, French, or German are an advantage and support engagement with our international guests.
• Strong integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, particularly when conducting vehicle inspections, managing key security, verifying guest identification, and maintaining accurate valet records.
• Ability and readiness to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods, including during busy operational periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
