VALET ATTENDANT – Harrah's Laughlin

If you enjoy being on the move, love helping guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role puts you at the center of the guest experience.

The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering exceptional Family Style Service. This role also assists with the handling, storage, and delivery of guest baggage, ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and efficient

  • Greet every guest with a warm, upbeat attitude and provide Family Style Service at all times
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Provide clear driving directions and guide guests to available parking spaces
  • Follow established lot‑fill patterns and maintain orderly parking flow
  • Secure vehicles, file keys properly, and ensure guest property is protected
  • Monitor the parking area to prevent unauthorized access and report concerns to Security
  • Assist with guest baggage handling as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Maintain reliable attendance and be available for scheduled work
  • Must have a 36‑month clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six or more months of related experience in a casino environment, or equivalent training
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable Gaming card(s) and/or license(s)
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for long periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull baggage as needed
  • Exposure to high‑noise areas and secondhand smoke
  • Ability to maneuver in tight or confined spaces
  • Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles safely and confidently
