Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles in a courteous manner
• Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles parked on the premises
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to vehicle handling and guest interactions
• Assist with other guest service duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Prior experience in valet services or customer service is preferred but not required
