Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within laundry, the Uniform attendant is responsible for to the Laundry Manager.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店客房部，制服室服务员负责向洗衣房经理汇报。

As Uniform attendant , you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为制服室，您将负责以下职责：

• Support company's philosophy and company culture using Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
• 严守酒店的经营哲学和企业文化，在每日工作中依照本部门传奇质量体验标准要求，以期达到客人满意和酒店集团使命。
• Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures as stated in hotel colleague handbook.
• 确保员工手册中的酒店政策和程序得到贯彻执行。
• Relate guest comments, positive or negative, to the Manager and take appropriate actions.
• 在得知客人的评价后，不管是积极或消极，都应立即向经理报告并尽可能采取适当行动。
