Job Category: Customer ServiceValet attendants are responsible for greeting members and guests promptly upon arrival at the Club. Valets primary responsibilities include greeting members and guests, parking vehicles, retrieving vehicles, along with answering questions.
- Park automobiles for members and guests
- Assist members and guests with golf clubs
- Help members and guests in and out of automobiles; open lobby doors
- Assist members and guests with personal belongings
- Provide directions to various places throughout the clubhouse.
- Issue tags for every guest to inform caddie master what member they are playing with
- Distribute rules and regulation cards to all guests
- Return clubs to vehicles and travel bags when necessary
- Retrieve automobiles and return keys to guests and members.
- Assist with handling deliveries
- Respond to member/guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures
- Refer member/guest problems or complaints to a member of the leadership team.
- Monitor the Club campus for the purpose of maintaining the security of all club areas and report any unusual persons or behavior immediately to a member of the leadership team or security
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work am, pm, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 pounds continually throughout shift
- Must have a valid drivers license and a history of safe driving
- Must be able to operate and drive safely automatic and manual automobiles
