What you will have an opportunity to do:
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting guests, assisting with valet parking, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming first and last impression for every guest.
Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel positively.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating guest vehicles.
What are we looking for?
At least one (1) year of customer service experience with significant guest interaction preferred.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations for at least six (6) months.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods throughout an entire shift.
Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
