We're looking for an approachable and courteous Valet/Bellman to warmly welcome our guests on arrival and sincerely thank them upon departure. This honest and prompt person thrives on being of service. It's natural for him/her to have a caring and professional attitude when parking and returning cars, or performing other tasks as requested.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide clear information on parking procedures

• Manage vehicle traffic at the hotel entrance and ensure a smooth, safe flow for arrivals and departures

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure

• Introduce guests to their room and explain key features and amenities

• Provide helpful information, including directions, nearby attractions, and access to main roads

• Deliver mail, parcels, and special items to guest rooms

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area at all times

• Collaborate closely with the front desk and guest services team to ensure an exceptional guest experience

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• High school diploma
• Advanced French required (bilingual French/English)
• Natural customer service orientation, previous experience is an asset
• Proactive and detailed-oriented
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive in manual mode
• Good physical condition: able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Commitment to operational excellence.

Hiring hourly rate: $18,94
