Job Description

The Vaccines Sales Team in Poland is looking for a highly motivated and committed candidate for the role of Vaccines Customer Support Specialist.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our Vaccines portfolio, consisting of highly innovative products that help prevent the spread of serious infectious diseases.

Location:

The role is field-based and the candidate must be located in one of the following territories:

  • Opole
  • Kędzierzyn-Koźle
  • Racibórz
  • Zabrze
  • Gliwice
  • Rybnik

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including medical doctors, nurses, and vaccination centers
  • Provide expert support to HCPs in the area of disease prevention through vaccination with our vaccines, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Deliver sales objectives in line with the allocated budget and business priorities
  • Plan and execute activities within the assigned territory in close cooperation with the supervisor
  • Create and implement a robust Territory Action Plan to achieve sales targets, in strict compliance with company procedures and ethical standards
  • Manage professional interactions with targeted customers in a meaningful, up-to-date, scientifically valuable, and customer-focused manner
  • Deliver product information aligned with the marketing strategy and use recommended promotional messages to effectively support sales calls
  • Utilize omnichannel communication channels as appropriate
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including CRM call reporting, post-meeting notes, expense reports, adverse event reporting, and other required documentation
  • Act in accordance with high ethical standards at all times

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Rx business; experience in gynecology will be considered an asset
  • University degree, preferably in life sciences or business
  • Positive, proactive, “can do” attitude
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to excel
  • Strong scientific background with the ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field, as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking and willingness to continuously learn
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong PC literacy, especially in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT tools
  • Valid category B driving license
