Accountabilities
In this dynamic role, you will report to the National Sales Account Manager and engage with both internal and external stakeholdersTheroleincludesthe following keycomponents
Forge strong partnerships with vaccine/preventionstakeholdersatlocalandregionallevelstooptimizeproduct volumedefinitionandconsumption
Engagehealthcareprofessionalsindiscussionsaboutapprovedindicationsand productefficacy/safetyprofilestoensureappropriateconsumptionfor target audiences.
Executetenderingproceduresaccurately,collaboratingwith the Tenderdepartmentand Market Access.
Support Local Health Units/Departmentsinimplementingeffectivevaccinecampaignsthroughspecificinitiativesandprograms
Implementaccount strategyconsistentlyacrossthe salesorganizationfor target accounts.
Communicatewith Brand Team and sales force leadershipregardingaccount-specificprogramsand activities.
Completealltrainingrequirementssuccessfully,includingproductexaminations
Developalocalstrategy and business plan with theNationalSalesAccountManager tomeetorexceedcompany goals inyourterritory
AlignwithRegionalor Local Access Managers on policies orprogramsrelatedtovaccinesandfluprevention
Maintainin-depthknowledge of marketdemographicsandmanagedmarketsinformation foryoursalesterritory
Providetimelycommunicationon timelines,bidprocesses, andrequirements,proactivelyidentifyingissueswith accounts.
Complywithregulationsregardinginteractions withhealthcareprofessionals
EssentialSkills/Experience:
Degree orpreviousexperienceasRep
Demonstratedproject management and teamdevelopmentability
