1007200 EMPLOYEE HEALTH SERVICE - EH SSThis position is a temporary casual position that will begin on September 21st and end December 1st.
In conjunction with other team members administer vaccines within legal and professional standards. Responsible for coordination of care and coordinating necessary for an efficient and safe immunization program including responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
• Administer vaccinations
• Communicate and collaborate with interprofessional teams regarding patient care
• Monitor, respond, and report changes in patient condition
• Educate patients about disease prevention and health promotion with evidence-based information about the vaccine including potential side effects and dosing schedule
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide patients with evidence-based information about vaccine safety, potential side effects, and the importance of immunization.
