• Coordinate guest flow with Sales Leaders

• Gather travel and lifestyle preferences

• Ensure smooth handoff to Sales Executives

Your Career Path

Phase 1 — Tour Guide:

• Learn the resort environment

• Complete your Arizona Real Estate License (reimbursed)

Phase 2 — Sales Executive:

• Present vacation ownership

• Close deals and earn top-tier commissions
