Vacation Ownership Advisor – Korean & English Speaking

(BASED IN BANGKOK)

Reports to: Assistant Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a leading global company in the hospitality and tourism industry. They have 50 hotels in

Thailand and over 8,000 hotels worldwide.

The Vacation Ownership Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Hotel Owners and

Members through inbound and outbound communications. This role assists Owners and Members with

reservations, ownership/membership management and general inquiries while promoting owner

satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. The Advisor is committed to creating memorable vacation

experiences and providing valuable service.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound calls within corporate service levels.
• Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations.
• Answering customer enquiries and resolving customer care issues.
• Optimize booking opportunities and promoting member retention and loyalty.
• Answer emails with accuracy, clarity and simplicity in a customer friendly manner.
• Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and
• member satisfaction achieved.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher.
• Native Korean only.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with travel-related reservation system will be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English or Korean speaking guests.
• Knowledge of English/Korean language is essential.
