Under the Supervision of the VA Coordinator in Veterans Affairs, the VA Student Worker is generally responsible for assisting in the operations of the VA School Certifying Official. The following duties are responsibilities of this position.
TASK STATEMENTS
Office Work
Student workers will be responsible for assisting the VA School Certifying Official in processing VA enrollment forms, data entry, answering phone calls from students in reference to VA benefits, answering emails from the VA inbox, filing student records, and speaking with students at the front desk.
