About the Role:Join Midas STERLING as a VA State Inspector and Emissions Inspector, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle safety and environmental compliance. We are looking for passionate professionals to deliver exceptional inspection services in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure adherence to Virginia state regulations.
• Perform emissions testing and diagnostics, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and provide clear reports to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding inspection findings and necessary repairs.
• Stay updated on state inspection laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior inspectors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia State Inspector and Emissions Inspector licenses are required.
• Proven experience in vehicle inspection and emissions testing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends if necessary.
