About the Role:Join Midas Virginia Beach as a VA State Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle safety and compliance. We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough state inspections on vehicles to ensure compliance with Virginia regulations.
• Diagnose and identify potential issues that may affect vehicle safety and performance.
• Provide clear and accurate inspection reports to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state inspection regulations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding inspection findings and recommendations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on inspection processes.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia State Inspector License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
