Join us as a Legal Intake & Client Relations Specialist and play a key role in supporting a growing law practice from the ground up. In this position, you will work closely with leadership to manage client intake, assist with legal documentation, and help streamline daily operations as the firm expands its client base. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently will directly impact client experience, from first contact through onboarding. • Monthly Compensation Range: $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support marketing efforts to generate new leads
  • Assist in creating and improving internal SOPs
  • Support administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Send and manage initial intake forms
  • Vet and qualify potential clients during the intake process
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate client appointments
  • Create and manage retainer agreements using provided templates
  • Explain legal fees and initial service details to clients
  • Draft legal documents and assist with document preparation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Practice Area: Employment and Criminal Law

Software & Tools:
○ CRM: Clio
○ VOIP: RingCentral

Requirements:
○ Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies

○ Legal background with the ability to support both legal and intake functions
○ Ability to handle client communication professionally over calls and emails
○ Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with evolving responsibilities
○ Availability to grow into either legal or intake specialization over time
