Support the Business/Market in content optimization process on Nestlé corporate/brand websites and/or Internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites. The UX/UI Website Optimization Specialist is part of a broader team focusing on websites content optimization. Integrate analytical services/tools, create based on visitor’s behavior insights and recommendation, monitor and track customers activities on the websites, build prototype based on recommendations, support Business/Market in integration process these recommendations. Create documentation for developers for setup A/B tests of pages. Present for Business/Market recommendations and ability to explaine the value of this change. Roles requires knowledge of Google tools as Analytics, Google Search Console and Tag Manager. Schedule and run trainings to other colleagues in Nestlé.
A day in the life of...
-Execute website optimization process regarding to brief from Business/Market, build, explain and deliver reports acording to goals with high agreed quality and First-Time-Right
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
-Create recommendations and insights based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
-Create detailed guide for technical team who are responsible for implementing recommendations upon business approval
-Cooperate between different team(Business/Market, technical agency, IBS team) to make sure that implementing necessary recommendations will be deliver on time and with high quality
-Organize and run trainigns with Nestlé internal and external third parties on selected topics
-Control and implement basic SEO improvements via CMS or other global tools
What will make you successful:
-University Degree ideally in UX/UI designing, Digital Technologies
-Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
-Hands-on experience with Analytical Services/Tools (preferably Google Analytics, SessionCam, Usabilla, SimilarWeb) and design creating with Photoshop, XD or Figma
-Proven UX or UI experince (previous projects and experience).
-Knowledge of web design and UX
-Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools
-Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
-Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.
- A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience.
-Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets.
-Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.
-Ensuring good time management (including down time).
-Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times.
-Implementing self-assessment quality assurance.
-Working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment
