The YMFUS Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for a UX/UI Specialist to join the team in Kennesaw, Georgia! Kennesaw serves as the Headquarters for YMFUS Corporate Business Operations.

The UX/UI Specialist is responsible for developing and producing high-quality graphic design, digital content, and marketing communications that support YMFUS business objectives. This role manages assigned creative projects, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and develops visual assets that support dealer communications, marketing campaigns, product launches, warranty programs, digital platforms, websites, and other assigned projects. This role will support YMFUS website, social creative, and special projects while ensuring all creative deliverables meet company brand standards and users experience best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and produce creative assets for company communications, marketing campaigns, product launches, events, websites, social media, email, and sales support while maintaining Yamaha brand standards.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma to support customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Develop digital, print, video, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business partners to define requirements, improve UX/UI experiences, and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges, improve creative processes, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay current on design, UX/UI, and digital trends while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and asset management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, UX/UI, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate, agency, or in-house environment.
  • 1+ years of experience creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels, including web, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, branding, and UX/UI work.
  • Proficiency with Mac and PC platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Skills for Success

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and digital experience design.
  • Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video and multimedia content creation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of responsive web design, digital accessibility, and content strategy best practices.
