You will belong to a team who has its roots in Nolimit City (part of Evolution). Nolimit has derived from hands on work at some of the most successful gambling software providers and operators over the last 15 years. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will be part of a team dedicated to creating solutions that redefine our industry. By working in small, highly collaborative teams, you and your team will have clear ownership of one of our most important new initiatives at Evolution.

We create world-class gaming products with bold, uncompromising design and unmatched attention to detail. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who doesn't just stop at the design phase — you also bring your ideas to life in code.

You'll join a cross-functional product team with full ownership over the solutions you design, working on innovative and highly interactive user experiences seen by players around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers to bring your ideas to life—creating products that are both beautiful and usable. Depending on your experience, you might implement parts of the frontend yourself or work alongside developers to ensure your vision is realized in the final product.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX and UI design efforts for new and existing products — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate your designs into functional, responsive, and accessible frontend components using React (Next.js) and TypeScript.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to iterate on solutions, run experiments, and refine interfaces based on user feedback and performance data.
• Build and maintain components in a shared design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development process.

Qualifications

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have a strong background in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful, elegant interfaces and interaction design.
• Are fluent in modern design tools like Figma, and enjoy prototyping and testing user flows.
• Know how to write clean, maintainable frontend code using React and TypeScript.
• Are comfortable working with developers and understand how design decisions impact performance and implementation.
• Care deeply about usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation is encouraged.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or Headless CMSs like Strapi.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven design decisions.
• An understanding of game or entertainment product design patterns.
