As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.
Required competencies/experience:
You have an intermediate proficiency in French, B1 minimum
You are familiar with user-centered design methodologies and master several design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe suite, Sketch, FramerX, etc.
You have a deep understanding of:
Design Crafts (sketching, modelling, prototyping)
Design Practice & Methods (processes, methods & practices)
Design Research (User research and external research methods, techniques and tools)
Experimentation & Usability Testing
Web development and/or Web technologies
You have in-depth knowledge of the technical standards governing the organization of graphic and textual elements
You have good experience working with design systems
You have good communication skills (i.e. storytelling)
You have good understanding of business and data issues
You can share with people from different jobs and backgrounds
Nice to have:
Experience with animation and micro-interaction tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, Lottie)
Background in accessibility (WCAG standards)
Familiarity with agile methodologies or design sprints
Experience working on B2B/B2C enterprise products or in a multicultural environment
Basic understanding of analytics or A/B testing tools
Behavioral skills:
You know how to work in a team, even remotely, and you have strong interpersonal skills
