About the Job
Align the voice of end-users and business direction in the design process
Own the design direction and manage the design deliverables
Work closely with Product Owner and Founders
Define all stages of the product and user experience cycle like interactive design, product planning, prototype evaluation, and user experience
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Developing a pixel-perfect design system and ensuring design consistency between digital products
Participates in research, concept ideation, user interface design, and conduct usability test
About The Person
3+ years related working experience
Knowledge for in-depth insights into user expectations, behaviour research and further design trends
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, adobe creative suite)
Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mentality, and good teamwork spirit
Problem-solving aptitude and MVP mindset
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication skills, Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin
Must submit a portfolio of design works
