About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. You’ll own the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff, ensuring every product is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve real product challenges through thoughtful, data-informed design.

Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, and user behavior analysis.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Translate user insights into intuitive product experiences.
  • Analyze user feedback and product performance to improve usability and engagement.

Wireframing & Prototyping

  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
  • Prototype user journeys, onboarding flows, dashboards, and key product interactions.

UI Design & Design Systems

  • Design clean, modern, and accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  • Ensure consistency across products and digital touchpoints.
  • Apply responsive and accessibility best practices (WCAG).

Collaboration & Developer Handoff

  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver organized developer handoffs using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate during sprint planning, design reviews, and implementation.
  • Support development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize user journeys, landing pages, onboarding experiences, and conversion flows.
  • Review analytics, A/B testing results, and usability findings to refine designs.
  • Continuously improve product experiences through iterative design.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce products.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
  • Experience with Hotjar, FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar user behavior tools.
  • Experience working in Agile or sprint-based product teams.
  • Exposure to conversion optimization and growth-focused design.

What Success Looks Like

  • User-friendly, visually consistent product experiences.
  • Improved usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • High-quality wireframes, prototypes, and design assets delivered on time.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering teams resulting in accurate implementation.
  • Well-maintained and scalable design systems.
  • Reduced user friction and improved product conversion.

Interview Process

  • Initial Recruiter Screening

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video This short, self-recorded video is the final step that completes your application.

This helps hiring managers evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.

Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed. Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation.
