We are seeking a UX designer to support the design of our products, that can be IT products (accelerators, ...) or business products (solutions to support our business operations). Need to define the user experience and the look and feel of our products, using our SCOR Desing System. Can challenge the design system to improve it. Use Figma to give visual documentation of the expected navigation and look and feel of the product.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for both IT and business products, ensuring consistency with the SCOR Design System.
  • Create detailed screen mockups and prototypes using Figma to clearly communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and integrate user feedback into designs.
  • Enhance and challenge the SCOR Design System by proposing improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to developers and project teams to implement designs effectively and maintain design quality.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine and optimize user experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are innovative and competitive.

Required experience & competencies

Professional Experience

  • Proven expertise in designing user-centric experiences for IT and business products, ensuring adherence to established design systems.
  • Extensive experience creating detailed screen mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to illustrate design concepts and user workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine and optimize user experiences for scalability and efficiency.
  • Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and integrate feedback into design iterations.
  • Experience on Figma
  • Capabilities to build good user experiences

Soft Skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments, ensuring quality and timely delivery of design solutions.
  • Strong adaptability to dynamic project requirements and enthusiasm for continuous learning of industry trends and innovative design practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure intuitive and user-centric product designs.
  • Capacity to work in international settings, engaging with diverse teams and adapting to varying cultural norms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, share ideas, and guide development teams during design implementation.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma for designing detailed user interfaces and documenting navigation and visual aspects of products.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, with hands-on experience managing and enhancing scalable systems like the SCOR Design System.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive and compliant user experiences.
  • Ability to create scalable and reusable design assets that align with product requirements and user needs.
  • Basic familiarity with usability analytics tools to gather and interpret user data for informed design decisions.

Required Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field; or equivalent experience.
