David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience, who is looking to hire UX/UI Designer to join their team in Bangkok.

Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work model: hybrid (4 days office, 1 day Work-From-Home (Wednesdays))

Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design UX/UI solutions for websites, platforms, and digital features based on project requirements

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive design layouts

• Maintain and organise design systems and reusable components for team efficiency

• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimised across desktop and mobile devices

• Collaborate closely with Creative and Development teams to deliver high-quality user experiences

• Contribute creative ideas and support continuous improvement of design processes and user journeys

• Manage multiple projects and deliver design tasks within deadlines and fast-paced timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Thai and English, both verbal and written

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/UI Design

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and Responsive Design

• Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and modern UI trends

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent or time-sensitive tasks

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Team-oriented attitude with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
