We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with up to 8 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The role requires strong design skills, user research expertise, and the ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams.
Wireframes & Prototypes Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI layouts to visualize product concepts.
User Research Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Collaboration Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
Design Consistency Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure consistency across platforms.
Interaction Design Define user flows, interactions, and micro-animations to enhance usability.
Accessibility Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Feedback Integration Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into iterative design improvements.
Design Tools Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch for UI/UX design.
Portfolio Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
User-Centered Design Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Visual Design Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Communication Ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving Analytical mindset to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for better collaboration with developers.
Exposure to motion design tools (After Effects, Principle) for interactive prototypes.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for multi-device experiences.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
