Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Propose and design digital products.
2. Create product samples/Product prototype to run market surveys.
3. Study and analyze products on market and market trends to adopt into the product.
4. Oversee product before and after rolling out to market to ensure product work properly with UX/UI area.
5. Support the implementation and maintenance of a design system to be used by VTech offices and partners.
6. Work with teams of project managers, editors, designers, developers and production specialists on multiple web projects.
7. Provide advice and recommendations on best practices, standards and tools in digital design and UX.
8. Communicate design approaches to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science/Design or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year experience with UX/UI design/product design IT Project management.
3. Experience in using Adobe XD, Figma, InVision and other wireframing and prototyping tools.
4. Experience working with design systems is an asset.
5. Knowledge of standards for web accessibility.
