The Job Role as UI/UX Designer:

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer to join our team, who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

You should show passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.e IntegrationBusiness Analyst supports global and country integration initiatives on the Global Integration Platform (GIP). The role focuses on business analysis, solution design, coordination with countries and project managers, and controlled delivery of integration services, acting as the link between business demand and technical implementation.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translate insights into clear design opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop high quality UI designs that follow ISS design principles, brand guidelines, and best practice usability patterns.
• Perform usability testing, analyse findings, and iterate designs to improve user experience and product effectiveness.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) to deliver inclusive and barrier free digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross functional teams in Porto and globally to deliver coherent, user centred solutions.
• Contribute to design system components and maintain consistency across the Digital Solutions portfolio.

Key qualifications:

• Proven proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong UX research capabilities, including planning, conducting, and synthesising user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating user centred design across web and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to solve complex problems and translate business needs into intuitive and simple user experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG 2.2 guidelines, ensuring designs are inclusive and meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in cross functional, agile product teams is an advantage.

• English proficiency, both written and spoken.
