What you’ll be working on...
Transform business requirements into user-centered platform designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align designs with technical feasibility and business goals.
Analyze existing product interfaces and continuously improve usability through incremental, practical design changes.
Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met, delivering inclusive, responsive designs across multiple devices.
Present and validate design concepts to gather feedback and drive alignment.
Contribute to building and evolving a UI component library, moving towards a more structured design system over time.
Work within a fast-paced, iterative environment, improving existing (legacy) interfaces while balancing technical constraints and evolving requirements.
You might be a great fit if you...
Have proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
Are proficient in Figma
Take ownership, show initiative, and can independently drive work forward.
Understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with Architects or Tech Leads.
Have strong knowledge of usability principles (including heuristic evaluation), responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Understand business goals and can align design decisions with product and company objectives.
Communicate clearly and work effectively across multicultural teams.
Have a problem-solving mindset, value user research, and adapt designs based on feedback or evolving requirements.
Have experience working with component-based UI frameworks or design systems, understanding their constraints and capabilities.
Pay strong attention to detail, ensuring cohesive and high-quality user experiences.
