At Autofleet we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us in taking our products from vision to reality.

In your day-to-day, you will be part of our Product team and work alongside the Lead designer and the RnD team, design wireframes and prototype UX approaches, design detailed user interfaces for web and mobile and see your products launched to clients around the world.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement features by creating user flows, wireframes, detailed designs and animated prototypes
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and developers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
• Conduct industry research, defining UX approaches and staying ahead of industry trends
• Work closely with our UX/UX Design Lead implementing our design system across different platforms
• Design simple solutions to complex problems for non-consumer users
• Develop a deep understanding of modern mobility services, diving into user flows and the UX of fleet management, ride hailing driver and rider apps, delivery and more.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX & UI and interactive design in a product company, b2b an advantage
• Experience working on responsive web platforms and mobile
• Experience working with a development team working on web technologies and understand the ecosystem of moving from concept to design to implementation
• Experience with design tools (specifically Figma) to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You have a passion for creating. Your portfolio showcases your skills and shows us who you are as an expert in UX and in creative design
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment where requirements can change quickly
