Job Description

Your job:

  • Design of UX/UI concepts for the Festo Online Experience (FoX)
  • User-centric development of new features and applications in close collaboration with FoX project team in order to improve the digital customer journey
  • Represent the user perspective in terms of usability, user interaction and a consistent information architecture
  • Ensure an excellent user experience as well as conversion optimization in the e-commerce environment through continuous evaluation of user feedbacks, data analysis, A/B tests, crowd tests, etc.
  • Ensure work results in form of design templates, process diagrams and prototypes

Your qualification:

  • Studies in the field of media/IT/design or comparable qualification
  • Familiar with the conception of websites, e-commerce platforms
  • Experienced with common design tools (Adobe XD/ Figma) as well as good knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Strong team spirit and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Good proactive communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Spoken and written fluency and the ability to present in English
