We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer based in Europe to join our team. If you enjoy designing intuitive products, care deeply about user experience, and want to work on a platform that directly impacts how ad creatives are launched, reviewed, and optimized, we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Design and iterate on the Paintgun platform used to share creative assets with customers and collect feedback.
• Create intuitive user flows for launching ad creatives into ad channels and managing approvals.
• Translate performance data into clear, understandable interfaces that show what creatives are performing and why.
• Collaborate closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to improve usability and clarity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally for web-based platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, workflows, and interface thinking.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and modern design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to balance visual design with functional, data-driven interfaces.
