Permanent RegularThe UX/UI Designer (Product) is responsible for designing and evolving high-quality user interfaces for digital products, ensuring consistency, usability, and strong visual execution. The role works closely with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment to translate requirements into scalable, user-centered UI solutions.

🚀 Your next challenge
What you’ll be doing:

• Design and evolve user interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and high usability.

• Translate product requirements and user needs into high-fidelity UI designs, flows, and interaction patterns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligned with Pluxee’s visual identity.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver feasible, scalable, and high-quality UI solutions

• Create and iterate on prototypes and visual mockups to validate UI decisions before development.

• Apply usability and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and intuitive interfaces

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing UI inputs to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.

• Support implementation by providing detailed design specs, assets, and handoff documentation.

• Review implemented UI to ensure design quality and consistency across releases.

• Use data, feedback, and usability insights to continuously improve visual and interaction quality

• Collaborate with UX, Research, and Brand teams to align UI decisions with user needs and business goals.
