About You

You are a creative and strategic UX Designer who enjoys shaping intuitive, meaningful, and scalable digital experiences. You combine strong design expertise with business understanding and thrive in collaborative environments where design thinking drives innovation. You are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering impactful user experiences that balance user needs and business goals.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile products.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to lead design workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, User Interviews, and Presentation Techniques.
• Experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments.
• Strategic mindset and business acumen to align design initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (PM, Dev, QA).
• English proficiency is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products — from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
• Design high-impact, user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications that align with business goals.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, define goals, and co-create solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research findings into actionable strategies and design recommendations.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
• Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly articulating rationale and decision-making processes.
• Maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Deliver handoff-ready assets and documentation to UI Designers and development teams.
