Location: Texarkana, TX
ECC is seeking a UXO Technician II for work in Texarkana, TX. This is a full-time, long-term project that is expected to last 1.3 years. Local candidates or candidates looking to relocate are encouraged to apply.
Due to the length of project there is no lodging, meals, or transportation assistance available. Employees must be able to provide for their personal daily transportation to / from work site.
Position is currently scheduled for a 4 day, 10 hour workday (Monday - Thursday), with work periods on Friday or weekends possible to make-up for delays or inclement weather during the standard work week.
This position is responsible for performing surface clearances, explosive disposal/demolition operations, inspection/certifications of debris materials, inspection/certification of debris materials, MEC escort/anomaly avoidance, and other related site operations. In addition, this position may conduct vegetation removal, minor fence repair, along with performing periodic inspections of site features and monitoring wells.

ECC pay rate for this position is $33.11 per hour, with 8% Hazard pay while performing MEC work.
Actual pay rate offered may be affected by education, training, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and location.
Fringe Rate: $4.80 per hour fringe rate for up to 40 hours per week. May be subject to change per contract.
