Müller's Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a UX & UI Designer to join our team in Estonia, Northeastern Europe. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our digital products, ensuring an outstanding user experience across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic design approach will play a significant role in how our clients interact with our solutions.

As a UX & UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions that fulfill user needs and business goals. Your duties will include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototyping interfaces, and refining design elements based on feedback and usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and preferences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing outcomes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and style guides to promote consistency across products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve design processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX & UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
• Proficiency in current design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodology.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for diverse platforms (web and mobile).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with development processes and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing sessions.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and how to implement them.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools in the industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
