Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging, conversion-optimized web pages, including product detail pages, landing pages, and shopping flows
• Translate data and customer insights into intuitive user journeys
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma
• Collaborate with performance marketers and CRO teams to test and refine designs through A/B testing
• Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and responsive implementation across devices
• Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required by supervisor.

Skills:

• 5 years of UX/UI experience, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce web design, including mobile-first layouts and conversion-focused UI
• Proficient in Figma and design systems
• Understanding of HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but you should speak devs’ language)
• Experience with optimizing checkout experiences, product filters, and navigation patterns
