Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and support for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production line operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on First Pass Yields (FPY), tester efficiency, and equipment stability
Manage spare parts inventory and execute preventive maintenance programs for test machines and fixtures

Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics and communication

Experience with First Pass Yield (FPY) optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of production line operations and test fixture maitenance
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities for maintenance activities and equipment performance tracking
