The opportunity
We are looking for a UX Leader who will guide a multidisciplinary team, elevate design standards, and ensure strong collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape the UX organization, support designer development, and influence product strategy at scale.
How you'll make impact
Coordinate and oversee the work of a multidisciplinary UX team, ensuring optimal capacity, workload balance, and the right match between designers and projects.
Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating regular team meetings, workshops, and design reviews to encourage knowledge sharing and cross-team support.
Establish and uphold high UX quality standards across all projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in user experiences delivered by the team.
Act as a key liaison between UX designers and other stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to align project goals and priorities.
Support professional development by mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to designers at various levels of seniority.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and promoting best practices in UX design and research.
Your background
Proven experience in leading UX teams (managing designers across different seniority levels).
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary UX work, including capacity planning, workload balancing, and matching designers to projects.
Demonstrated expertise in UX design principles, usability, and user‑centered design processes.
Experience working in complex, cross‑functional product environments (e.g., software solutions, enterprise tools).
Ability to define, communicate, and maintain UX quality standards across multiple projects.
Very good collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing UX talent at various seniority levels.
Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and design excellence.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to handle a team of 12 designers
Strategic mindset and the ability to influence product direction through UX insights.
Very good communication skills for representing UX within a global organization.
