About the role: Location: Jupiter, FL 33478

We are looking for a Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) This Is a UX Role in which you will be leading user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role requires demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process. This experience should accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts. Additionally, it involves developing AI-rendered prototypes and supporting usability testing. Furthermore, it includes identifying opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
• You will facilitate team member interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing while challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners. You will also work with Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have at least five years of UX/UI research and design experience, strong strategic leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.00/hr. to $35.00/hr.
