This role is designed for a highly experienced UX Research professional who thrives at the intersection of user understanding and business strategy. You will lead end-to-end research initiatives that shape product direction, influence strategic decisions, and directly impact key business metrics such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to turn complex behavioral insights into clear, actionable recommendations. The position requires strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. You will also contribute to strengthening research practices, frameworks, and maturity across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to elevate UX Research into a strategic business function.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research studies, connecting user insights to product prioritization and strategic decision-making
• Triangulate research findings with product metrics and market data to support high-impact business decisions
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in KPIs such as conversion, retention, NPS, revenue, and cost reduction
• Influence product and business strategy by presenting compelling narratives to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Communicate complex research findings through clear, visual, and impactful reports tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to define hypotheses and evaluate outcomes
• Contribute to UX Research strategy, helping define priorities and align research roadmaps with business goals
• Mentor and support other researchers, acting as a senior reference within the team
• Help evolve research operations, frameworks, and best practices to increase maturity and scalability of UX Research
• Promote a strong user-centric culture across the organization

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in UX Research within digital product environments
• Strong strategic and business-oriented mindset, with proven ability to translate insights into measurable impact
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, capable of influencing both operational teams and executive stakeholders
• Solid experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, discovery, benchmarking, card sorting, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative data interpretation
• Experience across the full research lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch evaluation
• Familiarity with Research Ops practices such as participant recruitment, repositories, consent, and research scalability
• Strong collaboration skills working in agile, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or training designers or researchers, fostering research adoption across teams
• Nice to have: experience applying AI in research workflows
• Nice to have: experience in fintech or financial services environments
