Job Description

The TikTok Monetization User Research team serves as the gateway to TikTok's business services, helping clients seamlessly connect with their audiences and unlock their brand's full potential. Our mission is to inspire

and empower clients to achieve their goals, explore new opportunities, and create value through TikTok.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead strategic research to identify novel product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences within the Global monetization space.

2. Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies,server logs and online experiments (A/B testing).

3. Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.

4. Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
