Responsibilities:
1. Lead user research for a global e-commerce business, with a focus on understanding user needs in Southeast Asia to support business growth and improve user experience;
2. Independently drive end-to-end user research projects, including problem scoping, research design, execution, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions;
3. Develop a strong business understanding and leverage research to identify growth opportunities and areas for experience optimisation;
4. Proactively monitor industry trends and market dynamics, and conduct deep-dive studies aligned with business priorities and user needs
